Yesterday the expansion was released.  Everyone is doing a variety of things.  From level grinding, to questing, to instance running, to playing with tradeskills.  There is plenty to keep us busy for a bit.

 We also have several folks that are level 72!  Grats on that achievement!

 The servers seem stable, relatively lag free.  The only issue is low spawn time on some mobs making certain quests long to comoplete.  Still, it is a much better release than both the regular game and The Burning Crusade.

 Zones are very well designed, with beautiful art and rendering.  It makes stopping and just looking around so enjoyable.  Quests are much better in general than before. (BTW, recommend getting QuestHelper or Lightheaded to help in finding quest objectives.)

 Some general questions:

1)  Where is the bank?  Dalaran
2)  Where can I upgrade class abilities?  Have to go back to a capital city, just like with TBC.
3)  Is there a bank?  Just like in TBC, you have to go to a capital city.
4)  Where are the new trademasters?  At each starting zone, they are pretty much located together in your main town.

Don't expect much more news since I plan to spend my free time in game and less surfing the web!

That's right.  We have only 6 days till the expansion hits stores.  Still no word on when servers would be up.  It could be 12:01 AM day of release, or 6 AM.  Believe TBC wasn't up till like 6 or 7 am and even then, it was down for a few hours after for a patch.

Anyway, lots of things to get done over the next 6 days.  Finishing up on dungeon and heroic achievements, daily tasks for The Burning Crusade, old world quests and dungeons, filling in all that last minute gear upgrades to make leveling easier...and we can't forget good old fishing!

Each of us has specific things we want to accomplish on our own.  But during this time, lets try to find opportunities to still do things together.  It is through this that family bonds are strengthened, and that is so important to have a long lasting and satisfying guild.
